I recently purchased a Spanish property in the Lomas De Cabo Roig area of Costa Blanca, we did this through 'Homes Overseas' with Matthew Austin. I have to say it was a journey! But Matthew steered us along very professionally, he was at all times jovial and fun to be around, nothing was too much trouble.
