Book your Viewing Trip
Confirm your dates, book your flights and pack your bag. We’ll schedule a bespoke, one-to-one tour over 2-3 days with your agent working exclusively with you make sure your trip is focused and productive…and FUN!
Once you're happy with your property selection, it's time to book your trip to sunny Spain. We'll be on hand to offer some recommendations on hotels and dates and we'll be there to meet you when you land. Most importantly we'll be there for you exclusively, every step of the way for the entire course of your visit.
We'll initially focus on showing you the areas around the properties we've shortlisted, ensuring you get a real feel for the lifestyle on offer, as well as a taste of the best of the beaches, bars and restaurants. Once you're confident that you're in the right place, we'll dive into the property search proper and find you that beautiful new home you've spent so many years dreaming of! Whether its a beachfront apartment with views of the Med or a spectacular villa with the infinity pool of your dreams, we've made an art of finding the perfect place for each and every one of our clients - we cant wait to help you find your perfect spot to create a lifetime of memories. And all whilst 'YouSave' up to €25,000 with New Homes Overseas.

Dot the i's & Cross the t's.
Once you've found your new Spanish home, its time to make it yours. The first step is to reserve the property by signing a Reservation Agreement and paying a deposit - once this is done the property is taken off the market and secured in your name. We'll then introduce you to your lawyer who's job it is to ensure that you are protected throughout the buying process, that the property you are buying is legal and that all payments and taxes are paid on time and properly accounted for. Your lawyer will arrange for a Power of Attorney to be obtained which will enable them to act on your behalf when you return home and will ensure the entire legal process is followed according to Spanish Law.

From Reservation to Completion.
Whilst you return home your lawyers will progress the purchase of your chosen property, undertaking all of the necessary checks and making any scheduled payments to the developer. They will keep you updated on progress, open a bank account for you and apply for NIE's for each of the buyers as well as organising connection of any utilities at completion. There may well be an opportunity for you to return to meet with the builder and choose fixtures & fittings for your property - we'll keep you up to date on these and all other key dates and as completion approaches we'll undertake checks and snagging as required. Once completion has taken place, your lawyers hold your keys in readiness for your return to Spain.
5.
Your 'YouSave' Package
Congratulations! You saved up to €25,000!
